Paul Allen, Epicurean Paul's Favorite Product All Clad Chef's Pan I have this one in the
MC2 finish which I think looks industrial/professional. It's my "all
around" pan in the kitchen. During fall and winter I use it
often to make risotto, usually a Turkey Italian sausage/wild mushroom
combination infused with red wine. The sides of the pan are angled so
stirring is easy and nothing gets stuck in the corners. The even
heat produced by All Clad means no sticking plus even cooking using lower
heat. It can also double as a stir-fry pan. I believe All Clad makes
average cooks stars in the kitchen ... at least my wife thinks I'm a star
